There are no upfront costs for our services. Our fees are only payable upon the successful recovery of funds. This will be clearly stated in our Client Authority Agreement and/or Authority To Release documents, which you must sign before we act on your behalf.


4. Client Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

6. Fees & Payment

Our standard success fee will be disclosed before recovery commences and is typically deducted from the recovered funds. All fees will be outlined in the written agreement.

If your funds are received directly by you, you agree to pay our fee within 7 business days of receipt.


7. No Guarantees

While we take all reasonable steps to locate and recover funds, we do not guarantee success, eligibility, or timeframes for completion. Refund You is not responsible for outcomes controlled by government agencies, public trustees, or third-party custodians.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Refund You shall not be liable for:

Delays in processing from third partiesIncorrect information supplied by the clientTechnical issues outside our controlAny indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for our services.


9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time in writing. If work has commenced and funds have already been recovered or are in the process of recovery, the agreed fee may still apply.

11. Governing Law
